Success Built to Last: Creating a Life that Matters by Jerry Poras,Stewart Emery  and Mark Thompson. Porras, who co-wrote the original Built to Last, teams with successful life coaching company co-founder Emery and top executive coach Thompson, to interview 300 successful people, tagged "builders," to uncover the secrets of their winning life journeys.

This is an excellent book for career assessment and younger leaders to  learn what   it really takes to succeed in business and  life.
